Bosco Italia produces industrially
specific products for soundproofing. All the elements can be used for cladding
walls and ceilings or for building silent cabins, screens and other items.The
soundproofing and noise reduction elements are of 300 mm standard width, various
lengths and are 66 mm thick.

The importance of the choice of soundproofing materials in certain industrial
sectors must be considered. It is essential to avoid the dispersion of mineral
fibres in the air and the rusting of metal parts, in order to avoid damage to
the properties or even contamination of certain products,.The panels are supplied
with acoustic certificates, they are fireproof and can be easily washed and
sterilised guaranteeing maximum hygiene. Moreover, thanks to special dap joints
they are also attractive in appearance.

FOR SOUNDPROOFING OF CEILINGS (BAFFLES)
EKOBAF®BAFFLES IN ALLUMINIUM
These consist of a aluminium
casing prepainted in white paint containing layers of synthetic fibre. The aluminium
casing is perforated on the faces with holes of 6 different diameters which
form an equal number of acoustic cavities and contribute to increase the acoustic
performance. The frame of the casing is enclosed and hermetic.
The coefficient of acoustic absorption is certified by the Istituto Nazionale
G. Ferraris in accordance with the most recent legislation (ISO n 354-1985).
NOISE REDUCING WINDOWS AND DOORS
One of the most critical
areas in acoustic insulation of areas which house engine test benches, generators,
air compression units or acoustic laboratories, is undoubtedly the doors, the
gates and the windows.
All these components must have noise reduction standards identical or superior
to those of the walls, the ceilings and the walls which form the room itself.
Bosco Italia doors and windows guarantee the highest levels of noise reduction
(more than 40 dB).
DOORS AND GATES
These are built in very thick steel with one or two doors. The doors are padded
with soundproofing materials and fitted into a very strong frame bolted to the
brick walls of the chamber.
WINDOWS
Our noise reducing windows comprise a pair of tempered glass layers of differing
thickness with a vacuum between them. Some versions of the doors and windows
are tested REI120 in accordance with UNI 8270/7 standards.
